Students approach their workload and study sessions in different ways. Some adopt a very organized and calm approach and study consistently through the year, while others tend to leave things more or less to the last moment and then panic and try and cram in the work.
While some students are able to study effortlessly, there are others for whom it is completely overwhelming. Often accompanied by a lack of sleep, exercise, and fresh air, the stress of worrying about results can take its toll on academic performance, study habits, and overall cognitive functioning.
